Refund and Return Policy

1. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Sohub Shop. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a refund within 7 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@sohub.com.bd / +88 09678-007007. You will be required to provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. After approval, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@sohub.com.bd for further instructions.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable or non-refundable:

  • Any defect caused by misuse or abuse of the product
  • Damage caused by natural disasters
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification
  • Defects caused by improper storage of the product
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods
