Aqara G3 Multi-function Camera – Integrated Gateway – HomeKit

The Aqara G3 smart camera is an upgraded Apple HomeKit compatible version. The camera is equipped with many features of an Aqara Hub and a security camera and an  infrared control device . With just one camera, you can use it for many different devices:

• Control infrared devices such as fans, TVs, air conditioners
• Make a Zigbee hub for Aqara smart home devices
• Security monitoring devices for home

The design of  the Aqara G3 camera  is like a mini mushroom. With a cam, 2 mics and sensors right on the surface of the camera, the Aqara G3 is capable of shooting in night mode and tracking motion. The two microphones can be used for communication, recording and detecting high and abnormal noise, including video recording. The rotating base allows the camera to rotate 360 ​​degrees to track movements.

Indicator lights and quick actions on Aqara G3 HomeKit

A button with a multi-colored indicator is mounted right in the center of the body.

• Blue – camera in standard mode;
• Red – video is streaming or playing;
• Purple – camera is in the process of pairing;
• Green – gesture recognition process.

The buttons are used to control the main quick functions:

• Three quick clicks – pairing process;
• Press and hold for 5 seconds – video call;
• Press and hold for 10 seconds – reset connection.

High quality images, 2-way talk

The Aqara G3 camera can work with SD cards up to 128 GB and Apple HomeKit Secure Video. If you don't use a memory card, you can save to Aqara Cloud or iCloud (minimum 50GB*). Resolution can be  up to 2K - 2304 x 1296 pixels.

The camera body has a built-in speaker for announcements and 2-way communication from anywhere. For example, your child can call you by pressing and holding the power button for  5 seconds  to make a video call.

Aqara G3 camera adds advanced recognition features

In addition to the ability to track moving objects, the Aqara G3 HomeKit Camera can also recognize faces and gestures. With the G3 version, there is integrated AI discrimination. Including classification:
